Synergize Marks Armed Forces Week with RAF Leeming Visit

The Synergize team recently visited RAF Leeming as part of an employer engagement event, gaining valuable insight into the work of the UK’s Armed Forces and the contribution of reservists.

The visit offered an opportunity to learn more about the dedication and expertise of serving personnel, as well as the important role reservists play both in military service and in their civilian careers.

A key takeaway was the vital role employers play in supporting reservists to balance their professional responsibilities with their military commitments. Experiences like this highlight the value that serving personnel, veterans and reservists bring to workplaces and communities across the UK.
