They were absolutely exceptional from start to finish, and the level of service, professionalism and care they demonstrated was outstanding.It wasn't exactly the easiest working environment for them either! I was working from home, the girls were off school, and there was a fair amount of chaos going on around them. Despite all of that, they were absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, they were friendly, kind, considerate, incredibly hardworking and an absolute pleasure to have in the house.I think it's particularly important to recognise when a team goes above and beyond. And yours certainly did.Please could you pass on my sincere thanks to everyone involved, and also make sure their management team knows just how impressed I was.People are often very quick to complain when things go wrong, but I think it's equally important to acknowledge when people get things so very right.An absolutely fantastic team and a real credit to Synergize.
